REFUND POLICY
Learn about refunds on Moolah
Moolah may give refunds for purchases, depending on the refund policies. You can also contact the developer directly.
If a purchase was accidentally made by a friend or family member using your account, request a refund on the Moolah website.
If you find a Moolah purchase on your card or other payment method that you didn't make and that wasn't made by anyone you know, report unauthorized charges within 30 days of the transaction.
If you’ve had a refund request accepted, check how long your refund will take.

Important: If you don't find your purchase on the recent purchases list, request a refund from the Moolah website.
Follow the instructions if:
It’s less than 48 hours since you bought an subscription or made an in-app subscription, you can request a refund through Moolah website.
You’ll usually get a decision within 1 business day but it can take up to 4 business days.

DELIVERY METHOD
We deliver to your office or via our email system. Products are dispatched from your Moolah office. Delivery normally takes between one (1) to seven (7) working days. If you're a Moolah Online member, you can track its progress via My Account.
The delivery fee is calculated by the delivery location. Multiple items can be fit into one box. You can work out delivery costs for your purchase using the delivery cost calculator in Shopping Cart. Otherwise, delivery costs will be automatically calculated in Checkout and displayed as a line item in your costs.
We use local couriers to facilitate the delivery of our small items' deliveries. We are unable to deliver on Sundays, Public Holidays, or at specific times (e.g. at 9am, before 5pm, after 7pm etc). Delivery fee is not inclusive of any additional costs such as installation or 3rd party fees. Delivery fees will not be refunded for items returned.
There will be an additional delivery charge for buildings without lifts. Our delivery service only covers addresses within 30m from the unloading point. A RM50 surcharge/item will be collected by the delivery service provider for addresses outside this scope.
In the event of unsuccessful delivery due to an unattended recipient address upon arrival of goods, there will be no refund of delivery fees. Should the delivery need to be rescheduled, additional delivery charges will apply.
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver one order to multiple delivery addresses. In this instance, you must order items separately and assign the different delivery addresses to each.
All deliveries must be signed for when you receive them. Deliveries cannot be made to certain rural areas and islands like Pulau Langkawi, FELDA, etc.
